The Furcletta Valletta is the transition from the Corviglia into the Valletta Valley and a delight for friends of demanding alpine trails. The pass can best be integrated into a round trip tour in combination with the Suvretta pass.
Ideally, you would start the tour by departing from the Piz Nair to Suvretta pass. The summit is easily reached by cable car. The Suvretta pass can, however, also be reached via the Val Bever under your own steam, until after Alp Suvretta, at which point you will have to push your bike through about 250 metres of elevation to the lovely valley bottom of the Suvretta valley. From Suvretta pass with its small lake, the path again climbs a bit uphill, this time very do-able on your bike, until you finally reach the Corviglia after some winding up and down. Now the section begins that leads to Fuorcla Valletta. Passing the Lej Alv, it proceeds onwards to Trais Fluors. The single trail climb is almost entirely navigable for trained mountain bikers. At the rise before the Trais Fluors, keep to the left and climb the Furcletta Valletta. Here, your bike will have to be pushed a few metres. Now the entertaining and yet tricky trail begins through the high valley up to Alp Munt where the rough, demanding finishing portion of the trails leads onwards to Samedan.
