Description

This high-alpine tour leads over numerous singletrails between Ischgl and Samnaun. Thanks to its five lift rides, it is an excellent enduro ride.

From Ischgl, take the train to the Viderjoch. From there, you can get warmed up with the bike trail to Alp Trida, where the chair lift will take you back to the Viderjoch. Follow the ridgeway to the Salaaser Kopf summit, at first along gravel paths and then on singletrails. Singletrails lead back in the direction of the Alptrider Sattel. Before reaching it, turn off to the right onto a very steep trail leading to the town of Ravaisch. From there, take another gondola lift up to the Alptrider saddle. The following descent to the chair lift in the direction of Viderjoch leads along a singletrail that was built specifically for mountain bikers. On the Viderjoch, the route leads into Austria on a bike trail to the Idaalpe, where a chair lift will take you back up to the Viderjoch. The final stretch to Ischgl leads over the Velillalpe on another path built specifically for mountainbikers.
